The mystery continues! This morning I tipped the scales at 266.
I can only attribute this continued loss to:
- A new parking strategy.
- I now park in the lower lot, which demands that I walk uphill. Sure, this may seem insignificant, yet here I am with continued moderate weight loss.
- Eating less.
- Well, DUH! You eat less, you jazz up the parking routine and blam-o! The pounds slowly drop off.
- But why am I eating less? I'm simply so busy that I don't have time to eat. What I eat is relatively nutritious so that helps me too.
In the words of Bono, "Walk on!" If possible make that walk uphill.
